Our commercial production manager/estimator, Billy Blackwell, has years of field experience in the HVAC & R industry and is a key member of the commercial division management team. His skill in managing the installation crews, his knowledge of the system, along with his project overview skill, provides for very capable field control of all our projects. As field manager, Billy maintains the flow of all the items required of the system installation and to the project schedule. His project overview skill assures that other trade interface on the project has diminished effects on project performance and that most design problems are pointed out. His commitment to value review of the project never stops; it is part of our professionalism, built in quality control system and desire to maintain the project cost.At Blackwell Heating & Air we are also equipped with the latest technology for constructing your commercial duct systems, from sheet metal to ductboard, and design build to plan specification. This advanced technology, along with highly skilled and trained operators, warehouse staff and project managers, will ensure you quality results.
