TRANE CleanEffects Electronic Air Filters are inserted into your existing air handler or furnace in the same place as regular air filters, in the return air grill but they are electronically fused and removed up to 92% of the dust and allergens from the air.

UV Lamps from Carrier are inserted into the side of the air handler or furnace and kill the mold and bacteria that can sometimes grow in the moist environment of your air conditioning or indoor coils. This way, unhealthy pollutants are killed and won’t circulate through your family’s home.
Aeroseal. The average home has about 15% duct leakage or more. Blackwell HVAC guarantees the duct leakage after the aeroseal will be down to 5% or less. Our computer runs a test on the duct system and finds out how much leakage exists before the seal is done. then it sends the sealant into the system. It runs the test again to show how much leakage exists after the seal and prints out a report for you the homeowner.
